The BCM81384A0IFSBG is a 16nm low-power, high-density PHY that integrates IEEE 1588, retimer, and equalizer functions for 100GbE, 25GbE, and 10GbE applications. The BCM81384 is designed to support CAUI4, XFI and SFI electrical interfaces.
