The BCM87851A0KEFBG is a single-chip, 4x106 Gb/s full-duplex, ultra-low power, ultra-low latency retimer PHY, optimized for active copper cable applications.

The BCM87851 equalizes 22 db losses between the host and line-end interfaces.

Each channel supports multiple data rates, including 53.125 Gb/s and 106.25 Gb/s in PAM-4 mode.

100GbE and 400GbE applications can be supported by multi-line configurations.
