The BCM87360A0KFSBG is a single-chip, 8×106 Gb/s full-duplex pulse amplitude modulation (PAM-4) PHY. The BCM87360 is a low-power device that supports PAM-4 and non-return-to-zero (NRZ) data formats. It supports various retimer modes. It also supports 25G, 50G, 100G, 200G, 400G and 800G cable card front panel applications. On-chip clock synthesis is performed by a low-cost 312.5 MHz reference clock via a high-frequency, low-jitter phase-locked loop (PLL).
