The KSZ8051MNLU-VAO is an AEC-Q100 compliant single-power 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet physical layer transceiver suitable for automotive applications. The transceiver provides a media independent interface (MII) for direct connection to MII-compliant Ethernet MAC processors and switches.

The KSZ8051 is a highly integrated PHY solution. It uses on-chip termination resistors for differential pairs and integrates a low noise regulator to power the 1.2V core, reducing board costs and simplifying board layout.
