The ATA5577M1330C-DDB is a contactless read/write IDIC designed for applications in the 100 to 150 kHz band. A single coil connected to the chip serves as the power supply and bi-directional communication interface for the IC. Together, the antenna and the chip form a transponder or tag. The 363-bit EEPROM (11 blocks of 33 bits each) on the chip can be read and written block-by-block with a reader. The device has 100µm x 100µm pads for wiring or flip-chip mounting.
