The MLX90363 is a monolithic magnetic sensor IC using Tria⊗is® Hall technology. Conventional planar Hall technology is only sensitive to flux density applied perpendicularly to the IC surface.

The MLX90363 is suitable for embedded position sensor applications (as opposed to a stand-alone "remote" sensor) whose output is provided directly to a microcontroller (master) close to the magnetometer IC MLX90363 (slave).
