The DRV8334PHPR is an integrated smart gate driver for three-phase BLDC applications. The device offers three half-bridge gate drivers, each capable of driving both high-end and low-end N-channel power MOSFETs. The DRV8334 utilizes an integrated bootstrap diode and GVDD charge pump to generate the correct gate drive voltage. The smart gate drive architecture supports configurable peak gate drive currents from 0.7 mA to 1 A source and 2 A drain.
