QPF4006 is a multifunctional gallium nitride MMIC front-end module for 39GHz phased array 5G base stations and terminals. The device combines low-noise, high-linearity LNA, low-insertion loss, high-isolation TR switches, and high-gain, high-efficiency multistage PA.

The QPF4006 operates in the frequency range of 37 GHz to 40.5 GHz. The receive path (LNA+TR SW) is designed to provide a gain of 18dB and a noise figure of less than 4.2dB. The transmit path (PA+SW) provides a small signal gain of 23 dB and a saturated output power of 2W.
