Product Description

The MLX90394RLD-AAA-001-SP Magnetometer is a 3-axis device for a wide range of position sensor applications using 3-axis Hall technology. Designed for micropower applications, the device measures magnetic fields along the X, Y and Z axes. Measurements and IC temperatures are converted to 16-bit words and then transmitted via an I2C communication channel. Measurements can be made on demand or continuously with a selectable refresh rate. The small 6-pin package offers excellent noise performance, low current consumption and is suitable for a wide range of setups and configurations.

● Power-down mode 0.7µA

● Magnetic field range ±5mT (0.15µT/LSB) and ±50mT1

● Wide supply voltage: 1.7V to 3.6V

● Compatible with 0.1MHz, 0.4MHz, and 1.0MHz 2Cs

● Ambient temperature range of -40°C to 105°C

● UTDFN-6 (LD) package: RoHS, green and RoHS, green and halogen-free compliant (2 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.4 mm)
