Product Description

The S32G399ASCK1VUCT automotive network processors combine Controller Area Networks (CAN), Local Interconnect Networks (LIN), and FlexRay networks with high data rate Ethernet. These processors address the needs of vehicle architectures involving service-oriented gateways, vehicle computers, domain controllers, area processors, and security processors.The S32G3 processors feature up to eight Arm® Cortex®-A53 cores with Arm Neon™ technology in two groups of four cores. These vehicle network processors also feature up to four Arm Cortex-M7 Dual Core Lockstep (DCLS) complexes for real-time applications The S32G3 processors feature up to 20MB of system-on-chip SRAM, a low-latency communications engine (LLCE) for automotive network acceleration, and PFE for Ethernet network acceleration These vehicle network processors are built with advanced functional safety hardware and software for ASIL D systems.


The S32G3 automotive network processor is AEC-Q100 compliant and operates over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
