The MIMX8DX6CVLFZAC i.MX 8X application processor extends the i.MX 8 family with up to four Arm® Cortex-A35 cores, the Arm Cortex-M4F core for real-time processing and an integrated Cadence® Tensilica® HiFi DSP for audio, voice and speech processing. i.MX 8X processors are part of the NXP EdgeVerse™ edge computing platform. .MX 8X processors are part of the NXP EdgeVerse™ edge computing platform. i.MX 8X processor family is highly integrated and supports picture, video, image processing, audio and voice functions and is ideally suited to meet highly efficient performance requirements that can be safely certified.
The i.MX 8X application processors are available in pin and power compatible 17mm2 and 21mm2 flip chip plastic ball grid array (FCPBGA) packages with consumer/industrial (-40°C to +105°C) and automotive (-40°C to +125°C) temperature ratings.
