LTC7825AV is a fully integrated monolithic DC/DC converter. It achieves very high efficiency with a switched capacitor architecture in applications with 2:1 input to output voltage ratio. It features integrated bootstrap diodes and provides a compact and cost-effective solution for high power intermediate bus applications requiring current limit protections.
