The IPT65R190CFD7 power MOSFET is available in an innovative leadless SMD TO (TOLL) package (using the Kelvin source concept.) The G7 MOSFET combines the improved 600V and 650V CoolMOS™ G7 technology, the 4-pin Kelvin source functionality, and the higher thermal performance of the leadless TO package. This SMD solution is therefore suitable for high current hard switching topologies such as power factor correction (PFC) up to 3kW. 600V CoolMOS™ G7 MOSFETs can be used in resonant circuits such as high-end LLCs.
