The IAUS300N10S5N014 is a 1.4mR 100V MOSFET with Infineon's leading OptiMOS™-5 technology in a gull-wing TOLG package. It is used, among other products, in 48V main inverters/starter generators, DCDC converters and 48V auxiliary devices such as eTurbo or HVAC compressors.
