The STGIB30M60S (Small Low Loss Intelligent Die Making Block) offers a compact, high-performance AC motor drive with a simple, rugged design. It combines the new ST proprietary control IC (one LS driver and one HS driver) with an improved short-circuit reinforced Trench gate Field Cutoff (TFS) IGBT, making it ideal for motor drivers operating at frequencies up to 20 kHz in hard switching circuits.
