The W25Q32JVUUIQ (32M bit) serial flash provides a storage solution for systems with limited space, pins, and power, providing flexibility and performance beyond normal serial flash devices. The W25Q32JV array is divided into 16,384 programmable pages with 256 bytes each. The device is powered by a 2.7V to 3.6V supply, with power consumption as low as 1µA in power-saving mode.
