The 1ED3240MC12H is a family of galvanically isolated, single-channel driver ICs in a DSO-8 300 mil package with a typical peak output current of up to 18 A. This feature controls two independent gate resistors to optimise EMI and switching losses. The family includes both standard output configurations and active Miller-clamped output configurations with the same current rating to prevent parasitic currents. The input logic terminals can be safely operated at supply voltage. All input structures have threshold levels to support 3.3 V microcontrollers. The driver IC family provides appropriate output undervoltage lockout (UVLO) levels to operate a variety of power transistors.
