The ACPL-355JC-000E is a 10A smart gate drive optocoupler. The high peak output current and wide operating voltage range make it ideal for directly driving IGBTs or SiC MOSFETs in motor control and inverter applications. The device features fast propagation delays and excellent timing offset performance. It reports overcurrent protection and functional safety for IGBT/SiC MOSFETs. This full-featured, easy-to-implement gate drive optocoupler is available in a compact surface-mount SO-16600V CTI package. It has reinforced insulation safety regulations IEC/EN/DIN, UL and cUL approvals.
