The W25N01GWTCIG Flash memory is a high-performance, low-power memory with single-level cell (SLC) memory technology that performs a 1-bit error-correcting code (ECC) for all read and write operations. The integrated ECC detects and corrects errors and enables continuous good memory (bad block management). This feature offloads these functions from external controllers. qspiNAND Flash also supports the Execute in Place (XiP) feature, which allows a SoC or processor to execute application code directly from external Flash memory without hiding it in DRAM.
