The NRF21540-QDAA-R7 RF Front-End Module (FEM) supports Bluetooth® Low Power (BLE), IEEE 802.15.4 extended range and proprietary applications.

The NRF21540-QDAA-R7 RF FEM is a complementary device optimized to enhance the link budget of the nRF52 and nRF53 families of advanced multi-protocol wireless SoCs. These devices can be used as "plug-and-play" range extenders, providing enhanced link stability for our low-power, short-range wireless solutions. Typical applications include smart home, industrial and factory automation, asset tracking, medical, sports and fitness, beacons, and advanced CE remote control.

The NRF21540-QDAA-R7 RF front-end module is available in a compact 4mm x 4mm quad-flat pinless (QFN) package and operates over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
