The SAM9X60T-V/DWBVAO Low Power microprocessor (MPU) is a high performance embedded MPU based on ARM926EJ-S CPU. These MPUs operate at frequencies up to 600MHz and support a variety of memory such as SDRAM, LP-SDRAM, LPDDR, DDR2, QSPI, and eMMC flash. The SAM9X60 MPU integrates powerful peripherals for connectivity and user interface applications and provides security features, TRNG, and high performance crypto accelerators for AES and SHA.
