Designed for Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Control of DC Motors The A89505KLPTR operates at 50 V and provides gate drive for a full N-channel external MOSFET bridge. The input terminals are used to control the speed and direction of the DC motor, and are used to control the speed and direction of the DC motor with an externally applied PWM control signal. Internal synchronous rectifier control circuitry is provided to reduce power loss during PWM operation.
