The PSMN011-60HLX is a dual logic level N-channel MOSFET in the LFPAK56D (dual supply SO8) package.The Nexperia MOSFET is based on TrenchMOS technology. The device is Repeat Avalanche rated and can withstand temperatures up to 175°C. The Nexperia MOSFETs are available in the LFPAK56D package.
