The TJA1103 is the third generation of NXP's successful 100BASE-T1 Automotive Ethernet PHY family.

The TJA1103 meets all the latest conformance test specifications. It is ideally suited to support the rapid expansion of Ethernet to the edge of the network or to provide robust connectivity to domain controllers in the centre of the vehicle.

To support vehicle-grade safety objectives, the TJA103 is designed according to ISO 26262 and is ASIL B compliant.
