The LS1028ASE7PQA integrates a high-performance 64-bit Arm® Cortex®-A72 processor, Ethernet switch with time-sensitive networking (TSN), and high-performance PCIe® Gen 3.0 ports. These devices also integrate a 3D GPU, 4K LCD controller, DisplayPort (DP)/ embedded DisplayPort (eDP) interface, and support high-resolution graphics for human-machine interface (HMI). The LS1028A SoC can implement a trusted platform through features provided by the trust architecture, such as secure startup, secure key storage, and tamper detection. The Security Engine (SEC) provides encryption acceleration for encrypting Ethernet traffic and disk storage. SEC also offloads public/private key transactions and supports elliptic curve encryption (ECC). Typical applications include factory automation, HMI, iot gateways, network gateways, programmable logic controllers (PLCS), industrial PCS, and avionics.
