The 2EDL05N06PJXUMA1 is a family of 600-V half-bridge gate drivers featuring Infineon's thin-film-SOI technology for excellent ruggedness and noise immunity. The Schmitt-flip-flop logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL logic down to 3.3 V. The output drivers feature a high pulse-current buffer stage designed to minimise driver cross-conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations operating up to 600 V. Additionally, the offline clamping feature provides inherent protection against parasitic conduction by floating the gate condition when the IC is not supplied.
