The 2ED2183S06FXUMA1 is a half-bridge high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low voltage side reference output channels. It uses Infineon's SOI technology for excellent ruggedness and noise immunity, and is able to maintain operating logic at negative voltages up to - 11 VDC. There is no parasitic thyristor structure in the device, so there is no parasitic latch-up at any temperature or voltage condition. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs with logic voltages as low as 3.3 V. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed to minimise driver cross-conduction.
