The 1EDN7116GXTMA1 is a single-channel gate driver IC optimised to drive Infineon CoolGaN™ Schottky gate. HEMTs, as well as other GaN SG HEMTs and Si MOSFETs.The gate driver has several key features that enable high-performance system designs with fast-switching transistors, including true differential inputs TDIҚ, four drive strength options, active Miller clamping, bootstrap voltage clamping and adjustable charge pump.
