The TDM3883XUMA1 is an easy-to-use, fully integrated, high-efficiency DC-DC module. The module's PWM controller, MOSFETs and inductors make the TDMфщщф a space-saving solution that delivers precise power transfer. The enhanced stabilisation engine eliminates the need for compensation using ceramics. Can operate in forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM) or enter diode emulation mode (DEM) at light loads to save power. At ultra-light loads, a low quiescent current mode can be entered making it ideal for standby power. A switching frequency of 800 kHz provides an optimal solution.
