PIC32CM5164JH01032T-E/PT 32-Bit MCUs are SAM C21 family Arm® Cortex®-M0+ based MCUs. PIC32CM5164JH01032T-E/PT has popular features, extended memory options of up to 512KB of Flash, and 64KB for designs that need functional safety, enhanced touch, or security. The devices are available in 32- to 100-pin package options. The MCUs are pin compatible with the SAM C21 family in the 32-pin, 48-pin, and 64-pin packages. This feature provides an upgrade path for existing designs or a scalable solution for designs.
