The NTP53321G0JTTZ contains 2048 bytes of memory which can be divided into three areas. Each area can be read/write accessed with different levels of protection, from unprotected to 32-bit and 64-bit password protection. Up to 128-bit AES-protected read/write access with mutual authentication is supported. Different parties in the value chain can have their own dedicated memory area for data storage.NTP53321G0JTTZ has a pre-programmed certificate of origin function to verify authenticity. Customers can lock or reprogramme the reprogrammable Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) Certificate of Origin signature.
