The OX-502 thermostatic crystal oscillator (OCXO) combines small size, low power consumption, fast warm-up and stability under airflow. oX-502 features include ±10ppb super temperature stability, ±3ppm 10 year aging and ±2ppb/C frequency slope. The device is available in a small 9.4mm × 14.3mm package and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +95°C.

The OX-502 crystal oscillator is based on proprietary ASIC development, thermal management and proven crystal reliability of performance. oX-502 bridges the gap between AT-cut based TCXO and larger OCXO designs.
