The A3P250-FG256I ProASIC3 Flash FPGAs offer outstanding performance, density and features that are significantly better than the ProASICPLUS® family. These FPGAs use non-volatile flash technology to instantly implement secure, low-power single-chip solutions.ProASIC3 flash FPGAs allow designers to create high-density systems using existing ASIC or FPGA design flows and tools. These devices feature 1kb of on-chip, reprogrammable, non-volatile FlashROM memory and integrated phase-locked loop (PLL) based clock conditioning circuitry. proASIC3 devices support the ARM-Cortex-M1 soft processor IP core for programmability and reduced time-to-market. These flash FPGAs are ideally suited for consumer, industrial, communications, medical and automotive applications.
