MK10DX64VLF5 Kinetis K10 32-bit microcontroller is based on the Arm®Cortex®-m4 core with pins, peripherals and software compatible MCUS. The device started with 32KB of flash in the smaller 5mm x 5mm QFN-32 package and expanded to 1MB in the MAPBGA-144 package. These scalable MCUS feature a rich suite of analog, communication, timing, and control peripherals. In addition, flexible low-power capabilities, mixed-signal analog integration, and innovative FlexMemory (EEPROM) help address many of the major pain points of system implementation. The high memory density K1x device includes a single precision floating-point unit and an NAND flash controller. The K12 mcu is an add-on in the K1x series, providing lower power and higher memory density in a smaller package. The K11 microcontroller adds tampering capabilities to K12 devices. In the NXP K11 and K12 series, the device's flash capacity ranges from 128KB to 512KB. Package options include LQFP-48 to MAPBGA-121.
