The MK64FX512VLQ12 is a 32-bit single-core microcontroller based on the Arm®Cortex®-M4 core and is compatible with the Kinetis Kx MCU family of pins, peripherals and software. The K6x mcu also integrates 10/100Mbps Ethernet with an IEEE®1588 Precise Time Protocol (PTP) transceiver and USB 2.0 on-on-go (OTG), including crystal-free device feature options. Devices range from 256KB to 2mb of flash memory and 256KB of SRAM. The Kinetis K6x MCU family is a scalable portfolio with varying levels of integration, offering a rich suite of simulation, communications, timing and control peripherals to suit a wide range of needs.
