Description.

A2F12M12W2-F1: This ACEPACK 2 power module in a quad-package topology integrates ST's advanced silicon carbide power MOSFET technology. The module takes advantage of the innovative properties of wide-bandgap silicon carbide materials and high thermal performance substrates. The result is an exceptionally low on-state resistance per unit area and excellent switching performance that is virtually temperature independent. An NTC sensor completes the design.

A2U12M12W2-F2: This ACEPACK 2 power module is one of the components of the T-type 3-stage inverter topology and integrates ST's advanced silicon carbide power MOSFET technology. The module takes advantage of the innovative properties of the wide bandgap SiC material and the high thermal performance of the substrate. The result is an extremely low on-resistance per unit area and excellent switching performance, virtually independent of temperature. Together with an NTC sensor, the entire design is declared complete.
