Product Introduction:
The LTP8802A-1BIPV 54V 140A DC-DC μModule voltage regulator uses a 54V power distribution architecture to provide microprocessor core voltage. The device enables remote configuration and telemetry monitoring of power management parameters via PMBus, an open standard digital interface protocol based on I2C.
The LTP8802A-1B is a programmable digital control system with precision mixed-signal circuits, EEPROMs, power MOSFETs, planar transformers, inductors, and supporting components. Its high integration minimizes the number of components and design time, while maximizing flexibility and power density.
The LTP8802A-1BIPV uses a quasi-resonant architecture to reduce high voltage switching losses and maintain high efficiency at high conversion ratios. The LTP8802A-1B comes in a 22mm x 24mm x 22mm surface mount open frame package.
