The AIKYX160N75CP2 split-stand IGBT comes in a 4-pin TO247PLUS package with 750V EDT2 technology, making it ideal for automotive applications. Compared to 3-pin devices, it supports battery voltages up to 470V, safe and fast switching, and 30% on-off energy loss. Its qualified reflow solderable package supports innovative assembly solutions that achieve up to 40% better thermal conductivity and maximum power output at the system level.
