Qorvo's TGA2239-CP is a GAN-based 3-stage power amplifier operating in the 13.4 to 15.5 GHz frequency band. Manufactured with 0.15um GaN on SiC technology from Qorvo, this high-performance amplifier offers small signal gain of more than 30 dB and power increase efficiency of more than 31%, enabling system designers to achieve outstanding performance levels in a cost-effective manner.


The TGA2239-CP comes in a 10-pin 15 x 15 mm bolted package. The TGA2239-CP is fitted with a pure copper base, which, coupled with its high efficiency, minimizes the pressure on system-level cooling requirements, further reducing system operating costs. Excellent electrical performance and thermal management make the TGA2239-CP ideal for communications and radar applications supporting the commercial and military markets.


Both RF ports have integrated DC isolation capacitors and are fully matched to 50 ohms.
