The TGL2767-SMs wideband performance makes it a single solution for multiple radar and communications bands, as well as electronic warfare, instrumentation, and other general RF applications.

Product Introduction:

The TGL2767-SM is a broadband variable voltage attenuator manufactured on Qorvo's 0.15 um GaAs pHEMT process (QPHT15).The tgl 2767 – SM operates from 2 – 31 GHz with an attenuation range of greater than 20 dB and an insertion loss of less than 2 dB in the reference state.


The TGL2767-SM's broadband performance makes it a single solution for multiple radar and communications bands, as well as electronic warfare, instrumentation, and other general-purpose RF applications.


The TGL2767-SM is an exact match for 50 ohms and comes in a 3.00 x 3.00 mm compact mount package. Coupled with the use of standard controls and reference voltages, the tgl 2767-SM can be integrated into the system with little effort.
