The TGA2576-2-FL operates from 2.5 to 6 GHz with a saturated output power of 40 W, a power-added efficiency of more than 36%, and a small signal gain of 29 dB.

The Qorvo TGA2576-2-FL is a broadband power amplifier manufactured using Qorvo's proven 0.25 micron GaN on SiC production technology. The TGA2576-2-FL operates in a frequency range of 2.5 to 6 GHz, with a saturated output power of 40W, a power addition efficiency of more than 36%, and a small signal gain of 29dB.


For ideal thermal management and handling, the TGA2576-2-FL features a CUW-based flanged package that operates in both continuous wave and pulse modes.


The TGA2576-2-FL is perfectly matched to a 50 ohm resistor, and both I/O ports have integrated DC blocking capacitors, making it ideal for supporting a variety of commercial and defense-related applications.
