Overview:

The STM32U073MBI6 is an ultra-low power Arm Cortex-M0+ MCU with 128Kb flash memory, LCD, USB and 56 MHz CPU. The device belongs to a new generation of entry-level ultra-low power STM32U0 series MCUS.

The STM32U0 series combines the best static power consumption in the industry with a variety of ultra-low power modes for significant energy savings and extended service life. Based on the Arm Cortex®-M0+ core, the series operates at up to 56 MHz and is targeted for SESIP Level 3, PSA Level 1 and NIST certification.
