Overview:

The i.MX 8ULP Crossover application processor brings ultra-low power processing and advanced integrated security with EdgeLock® secure enclaves to the smart edge. EdgeLock Secure enclaves are pre-configured to simplify complex security implementations. The i.MX 8ULP device uses NXP's Energy Flex architecture to bring together heterogeneous domain computing, design technology and process technology. The dedicated power management subsystem offers more than 20 combinations of power modes to deliver outstanding efficiency for a variety of applications.

The i.MX 8ULP application processor features up to two Arm® Cortex®-A35 cores running at 800MHz, It also features an ARM Cortex-M33 core, 3D/2D graphics processing unit (GPU), and Cadence® Tensilica® Hifi 4 DSP and Fusion DSP for low-power audio/voice and edge AI/ML processing.
