The AM62x Sitara™ processor in the 13mm x 13mm package (ALW) is an industrial grade processor, while the 17.2mm x 17.2mm package (AMC) meets the AEC-Q100 automotive standard. Industrial and automotive functional safety requirements can be met using the integrated Cortex-M4F core and specialised peripherals that are isolated from the rest of the AM62x processor.
