Infineon's 700 V CoolGaN™ power transistors are enhancement mode GaN-on-Si power transistors with high current, high voltage breakdown and high switching frequency characteristics. This GaN system innovation uses industry-leading technologies, such as the patented Island Technology® cell layout, to achieve high current bare core and high yield. These 700V CoolGaN power transistors enable ultra-high power density designs and high system efficiencies in power switching. the GS-065 power transistor is available in a bottom-cooled PDFN package.
