Overview:

The Qorvo QPA2609D 7GHz-14GHz low noise amplifier is a high performance MMIC amplifier designed using Qorvo's 90nm pHEMT process (QPHT09). The QPA2609D amplifier has a small signal gain of 27dB and a noise figure of 1.1dB. The device has a compact size of 2.4mm x 1mm, a saturation power of 20dBm, and a P1dB of 18dBm. In addition, the device provides IMD3 levels as low as -50 DBC at Pout=0dBm/tone. The device combines a matched 50Ω with an integrated DC blocking capacitor on the I/O port, making it easy to operate and simplifying system integration. QPA2609D is ideal for use in satellite and point-to-point communication systems.
