The MLX90412LLW-BAC-042 is a low-noise, fully integrated single-coil fan/pump driver with 2.2A current drive capability for air/water pumps, axial fans, and radial/cross-flow blower applications.

The MLX90412 operates in a voltage range of 3.5V to 32V, withstands transient voltages up to 40V, and is suitable for any fan, blower or pump application with 12V and 24V automotive power systems.

The MLX90412LLW (Automotive) meets the AECQ100 certification standard and can be powered by an automotive battery without additional protection, withstands up to 40V transient load drop pulses, and has an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Typical applications include seat blower fans, battery cooling fans, DCDC converter cooling pumps or fans, and HV inverters (IGBT/SIC cooling).
