The TMCS1127A1AQDVGR is an 80ARMS 250kHz Hall effect current sensor with AFR.


Overview:

The TMCS1127 is an electrically isolated Hall effect current sensor with industry-leading isolation and precision. The device also offers an output voltage proportional to the input current, with excellent linearity and low drift at all sensitivity options. Precision signal conditioning circuits with built-in drift compensation are capable of achieving a maximum sensitivity error of less than 2.75% over temperature and lifetime without system-level calibration, or less than 1.5% over one-time room temperature calibration (including lifetime and temperature drift).
