Product Description:

The Mini-Circuits HFCV-2002 high-pass filter is a small low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) high-pass filter with a passband of 19.6GHz to 47GHz and an impedance of 50ω. This LTCC manufacturing process ensures minimal RF performance variation and provides the right product for extreme environments with high humidity and temperature.


The HCFV-2002 filter offers low insertion loss of 1.6dB(typical), return loss of 10dB(typical), and stopband rejection of 21dB(typical). The filter comes in a miniature 1210 ceramic package that is ideal for dense signal chain PCB layouts and complements the size and performance of the MMIC. The HCFV-2002 filter is ideal for use in test and measurement equipment, satellite communications, 5G millimeter wave radio systems, and industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) applications.
