Product Description:

The SMIQ-1844H is a passive broadband in-phase/quadrature (I/Q) mixer manufactured using GaAs HBT technology. The SMIQ1844H can be used as a single sideband inverter for transmit applications or as an image rejection mixer for receiver applications. The SMIQ-1844H is ideal for wideband frequency conversion applications that require inherently mirrored signals and spurious mixing product suppression. The mixer covers the RF and LO frequency range from 18 to 40 GHz and the IF frequency range from DC to 7 GHz. As a passive mixer, the SMIQ-1844H has a lower noise figure than an active mixer, providing excellent dynamic range for high-performance applications. The mixer comes in a compact 4x4 mm 24-pin QFN package that operates without DC bias.
